Customer service program


Your main task in Punta Marenco Lodge will be to provide excellent customer service for the guests at the reception and restaurant area. This is a good opportunity to gain experience in hospitality and to develop your communication skills. The activities of the customer service project are as follow:

  • Welcoming clients at the reception, and answering to their inquiries

  • Booking tours from the lodge’s portfolio

  • Serving clients at the restaurant

  • Working on the lodge’s socials
